Apopka is located in Central Florida just Northwest of Orlando straddling both Orange County and Seminole County. The most expensive home sold for $595,000 and was on the market 77 days. It was a 5 bedroom, 2½ bath, 3-car garage 3488sf home built in 1985 on .77 acre in a gated golf community with a screen enclosed pool, updated kitchen countertops and tile and newer roof. The community offers a pool and the HOA is $275/quarter.
The least expensive home sold for $110,000 after 74 days on the market. It was a bank-owned 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2- car garage 1526sf home built in 1972 on .13 acre with no HOA. It was listed as needing some work and looked like the kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced.
The average sales price for the same period a year earlier was $323,209 with 120 days on the market.

The median sales price was $160,000.
