		<description>The Florida and Orlando market, which much of which was fueled by the elderly moving down to the warmer climates in their retirement, has come to a slump as less people are retiring and those that are have less money.

However, this does not mean the end of this migration. Once the economy picks back up, those snowbirds will flock back to Florida. When this will be depends on the economy of our country, and how much money people are willing to part with to build their homes.</description>
