Not sure if it opens a can of worms for you or not. 2) I am just throwing it out to the universe - I have a 2/2 oceanfront beach condo in Oceans 5 in Daytona Beach Shores. I am ideally looking for someone to either rent it 12 months a year or 6+ months and we'll take it in the summer. The arrangement works great for a snowbird that stays here 6+ months a year.
