Spring Valley is an older upscale community located in Altamonte Springs, Seminole County Florida 32714. Spring Valley consists of approximately 450 single-family homes built in the late 60’s through the early 80’s with the majority of homes on 1/3 + acre lots.

Errol Estates is a golf and country club community located in Apopka, Orange County Florida 32712.Errol Estates is rich in history and is made up of many communities within.It is located just a stones throw away from SR 429 and 441, which is a major corridor through Central Florida.
